ping’s restaurant plays jazz

uncle ping made my lemon chicken sing
with dueling jazzaphones
and unexpected tunes
there was no moon cake after
but the honey walnut prawns
laid down their own
muted saxy laughter and
kept the hungry sign on
until my ears were full
